Here's a group of among the strongest DC Villains ever. From left to right, top to bottom (with some stats that I know of)...
The Anti-Monitor (Crisis on Infinite Earths) - destroyed an infinite numbers of DC universes and narrowed it to just 52. Defeated countless heroes including Spectre.
Imperiex (Our Worlds at War) -Galactus homage. Destroyed and restarted the DC New Earth universe countless times. Pwned Doomsday like he's nothing.
Hank Henshaw -destroyed Coast City with Mongul. Beat the Eradicator. Took hold of multiple yellow power rings. Cannot die even if he wished for it.
Nekron (Blackest Night) -I don't know much about the BN version of Nekron but the fact that he's the main villain on a main event means he's pretty significant. Hehe!
Extant -Villain on Zero Hour on the greater fraction of the arc. Cosmic version created a galaxy simply by blinking.
Mongul -I think he's (or they're) out of place here. My bad... (Father) Inspired by Thanos. Destroyed Coast City with Henshaw. (Son) Trained Superman with the battle against Imperiex. Took hold of six yellow power rings and proclaimed himself the new leader of the corps.
Superboy Prime (Infinite Crisis) -Emo boy who thinks he must be Superman. Is at pre-crisis levels of powers.
Mandrakk (Dax Novu) Most powerful Monitor and nearly defeated Superman controlling the Cosmic Armor thinkbot. Fed from the bleed and has powers beyond the 52 multiverse. (Rox Ogama) weaker version that was defeated by the multiverse's Supermen, GL Corps, and Nix Uotan.
Parallax (Zero Hour) -pre-retconned version almost recreated the New Earth timeline. Controls the full-power of Oa and obliterated the DC timeline using the COIE fissures.
Darkseid -Inspired Thanos. Constantly beat the crap out of Superman (even Pre Crisis version). Through PIS, all failings were all just avatars and not Darkseid himself. In Final Crisis, controlled almost all people using the Anti-life Equation.
