The Battle of Rephidim

Ok.......

Perhaps most of you are now tired of my gundam deviations... So this, I think, would be my last before I take a break at it. I'm certainly losing my Gundam-fever as of now.. hehe! I'll be continuing the Holy War saga next time...

So here's the story of this battle:

This is the first major battle of the war (previous encounters have only been skirmishes). The Alliance cornered the core forces of the GTL and decides to end the rebellion at Rephidim. Their forces include 30 battle cruisers (with 5 carriers) and about 400 Liberties. The GTL on the other hand has the gundams, the mercenaries Gog and Magog, 12 battle crusiers, and about a hundred stolen Liberties. The GTL dominates the beginning of the fight but the tides turn when Gog and Magog turns on the gundams.

The result of the battle is a complete routing of the GTL forces with the Hashshishin and Chevalier utterly destroyed. The Gog, however, also gets destroyed and its pilot killed by the Zealot.
